Every model includes windows (5–10 units), entry doors (double entry), insulated walls, basic interior finish, electrical wiring, plumbing, bathroom fixtures, and kitchen cabinets. SPC flooring and designer siding with extra insulation are available as upgrades.
Production takes approximately 30 days. Delivery takes 60 to 90 days. From confirmed order to your door, the typical total timeline is 3 to 4 months.
